Immediate processing: Most orders are processed automatically soon after confirmation. In such cases, cancellations may not be possible even within the 60-minute window.
Order finality: Once an order is processed or dispatched, it becomes final and cannot be cancelled.
Company discretion: Ayurvihar reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request.
Administrative charges: If a cancellation is exceptionally approved, administrative, handling, or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Note: Cancellation is a conditional facility provided at the company’s discretion and is not a guaranteed right.
Refund requests are accepted only under the following conditions:
The request is raised within 15 days from the invoice date.
The product must be purchased exclusively from our official website.
The item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or damaged are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping fees, partial payments, handling charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

If your request is approved, Ayurvihar will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days, depending on service availability.
In some cases, customers may be asked to ship the product back at their own cost and risk.
Returned products are inspected within 2 business days of reaching our warehouse.
Refund eligibility is confirmed only after successful inspection and approval.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only.
Refund initiation happens within 2 business days after inspection approval.
The refunded amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Transaction fees, administrative charges, or applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for all risks and expenses associated with returning products unless Ayurvihar arranges prepaid pickup.
Ayurvihar is not liable for loss, delay, or damage to items during customer-arranged return shipping.
Cancellation and refund facilities are goodwill services, not statutory obligations, except where consumer laws require otherwise.
Ayurvihar is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including courier delays, stock issues, or payment gateway errors.
